   Let me answer your questions:
   --Advance ticket reservation period for China train is 10 days maximum, therefore, it's too early to make the booking. We advise you contact us again in the middle or end of March 2012 to process your booking. Beijing-Datong is a hot travel route, we suggest travelers reserve their train ticket in the earliest time to make sure their journey will not be delayed.
   -We accept payment by Paypal only. Payment should be made once we confirm your booking.
   -We don't mail train ticket overseas. To book train ticket through us, you should have a hotel in Beijing so that we can deliver ticket to you. We don't deliver ticket to airport or train station as it's very hard to recognize each other among the huge traffic flow.

   Hi,
   I plan to buy some train tickets from Beijing to Datong for my journey in China next July. I know this is too early to buy ticket but I would like to know how to get them. How do you proceed if I buy a ticket 20 days before a travel. Do you send e-ticket by e-mail or I will have to get my tickets in a railway station with a confirmation number ? If not, are you able to send tickets by mail to my Beijing Hotel ?

   There is no e-ticket for China train, and you will have to show your paper ticket to the conductor before you can get on board of the train. That means, we will have to deliver the ticket to your hand (hotel) and the ticket can't be send by Email.
   You should tell us the train you want to book, together with ticket type an ticket number with the journey date before we can reserve the ticket for you.
